Epic, based on our campus in Madison, WI, is seeking a compensation professional to lead employee compensation and stock programs, including international programs, with relocation assistance.

You will partner with leaders and executives to craft creative solutions, oversee processing for staff worldwide, and analyze country-specific needs. The role requires relocation to the Madison, WI area and vaccination as part of the benefits package.

Qualifications

• A history of academic and professional success.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with leaders to manage employee compensation and stock programs.
• Manage and optimize international compensation programs.
• Work with stakeholders and executives to identify and implement creative solutions.
• Manage compensation and stock processing for staff located internationally.
• Analyze country-specific considerations and domestic compensation projects as needed.
