Job summary

Epic is based on our campus in Madison, WI and requires relocation to the area. We recruit nationally and provide financial relocation assistance. The role focuses on managing employee compensation and stock programs across Epic, including international programs and domestic projects.

Collaborate with leaders and executives to implement creative solutions while ensuring alignment with global compensation strategies and staff support across locations.

Qualifications

• A history of academic and professional success.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Relocation to Madison, WI area (reimbursed).
• COVID-19 vaccination.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with leaders and teams across Epic to manage employee compensation and stock programs.
• Manage and optimize international compensation programs.
• Work with stakeholders and executives to identify and implement creative solutions to company needs.
• Manage compensation and stock processing and support for staff located internationally.
• Analyze country-specific considerations and assume domestic compensation and stock projects as needed.
