Job summary

SRCTec, LLC seeks a Senior Field Service Representative to support local Fort Hood operations and international assignments. The role demands deep radar/ RF knowledge, hands-on troubleshooting, and mentorship of junior staff.

You will lead advanced diagnostics, provide on-site guidance for hardware/software/network configurations, and collaborate with engineering and subcontract teams to ensure sustained customer success across CONUS/OCONUS locations.

Qualifications

• 7+ years engineering-related experience or 5+ years with a Bachelor's in an engineering field
• Deep understanding of radar, RF-based, communication, or navigation systems
• Expert proficiency with test equipment (multimeters, spectrum analyzers, oscilloscopes)

Responsibilities

• Lead field training and service support at customer locations domestically and internationally
• Define requirements with customers and collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions
• Mentor junior Field Support Representatives and lead operator/maintenance training
• Provide on-site consultation and integration support for hardware, software, and networks
• Develop test plans and after-action reports to improve system performance and customer satisfaction
• Travel as needed to field sites to address critical operational needs
