• Conduct needs-based conversations to identify appropriate coverage options.
• Handle objections with confidence and professionalism.
• Qualify prospects through insightful questions and active listening.
• Guide customers through enrollment and manage the full sales cycle.
• Schedule management and territory planning to maximize client interactions.
• Stay informed on product offerings, industry trends, and compliance.
