You will own the entire sales journey—from needs discovery to enrollment—working a flexible 30–45 hour weekly schedule and earning commission-based pay as a 1099 contractor.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to engage customers and build rapport in person.
• Willingness to obtain required property and casualty licensing.
• Comfortable traveling within an assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Engage directly with potential customers in their homes, delivering presentations and explaining solutions.
• Educate on insurance products and guide enrollment through the process.
• Qualify prospects, handle objections, and manage the full sales cycle.
