Job summary

Quanta Infrastructure Solutions Group, LLC, a Quanta Services company, is seeking an Assistant Project Manager I to support the Project Manager across development and execution phases. You will coordinate engineering, estimating, project controls, procurement, and construction activities while supporting multiple projects.

Expect opportunities to lead scheduling, procurement, and risk reviews alongside senior teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or apprenticeship with equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years of construction project experience across planning, estimating, bidding, and purchasing.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate engineering, estimating, project controls, procurement, and construction activities.
• Assist PM in developing initial project schedules with relevant teams.
• Participate in value engineering and constructability reviews.
• Develop subcontractor and vendor scopes of work and schedule exhibits for PM review.
• Collaborate with Safety to implement project safety plans and incident investigations.
• Prepare monthly project review reports and support financial closeouts.
• Assist with RFI submittals and quality feedback on deliverables.
• Monitor design, procurement, and construction progress toward close-out and warranty.
• Adhere to internal standards and policies; may act as PM when needed.
