Universal Energy Solutions is hiring entry-level Direct Sales Representatives in Richardson, TX. You’ll work with local business owners, learn our sales system, and develop the skills to review energy plans and suggest optimized supplier options.

From day one, you’ll be mentored by experienced Account Managers, with opportunities to advance to Account Manager and leadership roles as you grow within the nationwide network.

Qualifications

• No prior sales experience required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to learn and be mentored.

Responsibilities

• Meet face-to-face with local business owners and decision-makers.
• Review current energy supply plans and identify optimization opportunities.
• Explain energy options and recommend solutions to fit customer needs.
• Travel within an assigned territory (around a 30-mile radius).
• Develop relationships that grow into an Account Manager role.
