Job summary

Intermountain Health is seeking an Echo Tech to perform diagnostic cardiac/vascular exams under physician direction. This role is designed for recent graduates or those new to the field, with part-time hours (30 per week) and on-site work at Good Samaritan Hospital in Lafayette, Colorado.

You will train under senior staff, schedule and prioritize exams, and ensure patient safety and comfort while delivering quality imaging and care.

Qualifications

• ARDMS or CCI certification in cardiac or vascular sonography.
• BLS certification for healthcare providers.

Responsibilities

• Perform ultrasound exams consistent with department protocols and in a timely manner.
• Coordinate exams with medical staff, physician offices, other caregivers and patients.
• Mentor caregivers and students on equipment use and procedural technique.
• Appropriately document exam results and other needed information.
