Alleviation Enterprise is seeking an energetic entrant to join our supplemental insurance sales team in Texas. You will receive comprehensive training and ongoing support as you learn to connect with business owners, HR leaders, and decision-makers to deliver personalized insurance solutions.

You will use Salesforce to manage leads, schedule meetings, and build a durable client portfolio. The role emphasizes weekly planning, performance tracking, and development through coaching and incentives.

Qualifications

• We require a pre-employment background check.
• Candidate must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• License in Health & Life Insurance Producer in resident state or willingness to obtain (training provided).
• Bachelor's degree or 4 years’ post-high school work experience with relevant sales background considered.

Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce to generate leads and grow your client network within the territory.
• Respond to client inquiries by phone, email, or text as needed.
• Schedule meetings to assess insurance needs and present solutions.
• Attend calls/meetings with sales manager and team.
• Visit local businesses, build relationships with owners, and re-service clients.
• Build and manage your own client portfolio.
• Collaborate to set monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Plan weekly schedule and submit it to the manager.
• Record daily performance metrics and sales activity.
