Alleviation Enterprise is seeking an ambitious entry-level outside sales professional in Utah. You will target small and mid-sized businesses, meeting owners and decision-makers to promote supplemental insurance products.

Training is provided to help you succeed in a competitive field. Responsibilities include lead generation, client meetings, and building a personal portfolio while aiming to meet monthly and quarterly targets.

Qualifications

• Background check completed prior to employment.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to obtain Health & Life Producer license (reimbursement for fees).
• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years post-high school work experience accepted.

Responsibilities

• Use Salesforce CRM to generate leads and build your client base.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings with potential and existing clients to assess insurance needs.
• Meet with business owners and decision-makers, including group presentations as needed.
• Develop relationships with local businesses and re-service existing clients.
• Collaborate with the sales manager to set monthly and quarterly targets.
• Plan weekly schedule and submit it to the sales manager.
• Record daily activity and sales stats at end of day.
