ENTRY LEVEL - Customer Service Rep - WORK FROM HOME!!

Join one of the world’s largest hotel call centers in Arizona! This is a permanent work-from-home opportunity.

Must live in Phoenix, AZ or surrounding area.

Job Functions

1. Answer incoming calls from prospective guests and travel agents.
2. Assist with booking new reservations or updating existing requests.
3. Handle general questions or inquiries.

Equipment

All equipment is provided by the client. You need only high-speed internet. The client offers $50/monthly towards internet costs.

Pay

$17.00 per hour, with an increase to $18.70 after 6 pm. You can earn an additional $200-$400 per month by hitting performance goals.

Shifts

• Must be able to work any 8-hour shift between Monday and Sunday within the following windows:
• AM Shift: 4:00 am - 4:30 pm
• Mid Shift: 8:30 am - 8:30 pm
• PM Shift: 12:30 pm - Midnight
• Must be available to work weekends.
