Customer Service Representative (Finance)

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll use empathy and listening skills to handle inbound and outbound calls, learning about patients' medical histories and fertility challenges.

This role is more than your average customer service job — you'll work with a company that genuinely cares about people and helps our patients achieve happiness.

How You'll Make a Difference:

1. Handle 25-30 calls related to IB & OB.
2. Ensure process efficiency by coordinating with patients and physicians on fertility plans and medications.
3. Own the patient experience by resolving issues and providing 100% follow-up.
4. Accurately obtain and enter patient information, including shipping, insurance, and payment details.

Requirements:

• Empathetic, fun-loving personality with a good sense of humor
• Prior Authorization experience preferred
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Excellent customer service, organization, and time management skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Internet
