Job Title: Customer Service Representative - Work from Home AZ

Must Reside in AZ!

Preferred: Certified Pharmacy Technician

As a Customer Service Representative, you will use your empathy and listening skills to handle inbound and outbound calls, learning about patients' medical histories and fertility challenges.

This role is more than your average customer service job — you'll work for a company that genuinely cares about people and helps our patients achieve happiness.

How you'll make a difference:

1. Handle 25-30 calls related to IB & OB.
2. Coordinate fertility plans and medications with patients and physicians, ensuring process efficiency.
3. Own the patient experience by resolving issues and ensuring 100% follow-up.
4. Accurately obtain and enter patient information, including shipping, insurance, and payment details.

Requirements:

• An empathetic and fun-loving personality, ready with good jokes
• Prior Authorization experience (preferred)
• High School Diploma or GED
• Excellent customer service, organization, and time management skills
• PC skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and Internet
