Position: Entry Level Customer Service Representative - Work From Home

Job Functions:

1. Answer incoming calls from prospective guests and travel agents.
2. Assist with booking new reservations or updating existing requests.
3. Handle general questions and inquiries.

Equipment:

All equipment is provided by the client; only a high-speed internet connection is required. The client provides $50/month towards internet expenses.

Pay:

$17.00 per hour, with $18.70 per hour after 6 pm. You can earn an additional $200-$400 per month by hitting goals.

Shift Details:

• Must be able to work any 8-hour shift between Monday and Sunday within the following windows:
• AM Shift: 4:00 am - 4:30 pm
• Mid Shift: 8:30 am - 8:30 pm
• PM Shift: 12:30 pm - Midnight
• Weekend availability is required.
