Job summary

Dal-Tile Corp. in Dallas is seeking a Customer Account Rep (FT) to assist with the customer experience, handling inquiries, processing orders, tracking deliveries, and contributing to satisfaction initiatives.

This entry-level role coordinates communications between customers and associates, performs basic administrative tasks, and supports the team in delivering reliable service.

A Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and 0-2 years of related experience preferred.

• 0-2 years relevant experience or equivalent education and/or experience.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily tasks related to customer experience such as calls, order processing and entry, delivery status, customer claims, purchase orders, and other responsibilities as defined by department.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat.
• Work proactively to resolve customer issues and provide timely solutions.
• Coordinate communication with customers and associates.
• Serve as a customer experience resource for other associates.
• May be responsible for some warehouse and inventory tasks.
• Maintain accurate and organized records of customer interactions and resolutions.
• Provide basic analysis and apply knowledge from experience or standard procedure to solve problems.
• Perform other duties as needed.
