Responsibilities

• Assist with quotations, order entry, and delivery coordination under guidance.
• Respond to basic customer inquiries and provide order status updates.
• Escalate issues to appropriate team members for resolution.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support order processing.
• Follow established processes and SOPs to complete daily tasks.
• Maintain accurate data entry and documentation in SAP and other systems.
• Utilize tools to track orders and assist customer communication.
• Identify questions or issues and seek guidance for accurate resolution.
• Participate in onboarding, training, and continuous learning.
• Support team initiatives and foster a positive, collaborative environment.
