Ingersoll Rand is seeking a Customer Experience Associate to support customer transactions, quotations and order entry at one of our sites in Quincy, IL, Springfield, MO or Sedalia, MO. The role focuses on accurate delivery, responsive service, and cross-functional collaboration.

This entry-level opportunity requires an HS diploma, proficiency in MS Office, and a willingness to learn SAP and order coordination. Bachelor's degree is preferred. Compensation ranges from $45,000 to $60,000 annually.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Technical field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support customer transactions, quotations, order entry and delivery coordination.
• Respond to basic inquiries and provide order status updates.
• Escalate issues to appropriate teams for resolution.
• Collaborate with internal teams to process orders and fulfill customer requests.
• Maintain accurate data entry in SAP and other systems.
• Participate in onboarding, training, and ongoing product knowledge.
