Ingersoll Rand is seeking a Customer Experience Associate to support transactions, order processing, and customer communications. This entry-level role provides hands-on training, guided mentorship, and exposure to SAP systems while building product knowledge and cross-functional collaboration.

The ideal candidate is customer-focused, detail-oriented, and eager to develop professional skills in quotations, order entry, and delivery coordination within an office environment.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Support customer transactions, including quotations, order entry, and delivery coordination under guidance.
• Respond to basic customer inquiries and provide updates on order status and delivery schedules.
• Escalate customer issues to appropriate team members for resolution.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support order processing and customer requests.
• Follow established processes and SOPs to complete daily tasks.
• Maintain accurate data entry and documentation within SAP and other systems.
• Utilize tools and systems to track orders and assist with customer communication.
• Identify questions or issues and seek guidance to ensure accurate resolution.
• Participate in onboarding, training, and continuous learning to build product and process knowledge.
• Support team initiatives and contribute to a positive work environment.
