Job summary

Ingersoll Rand is seeking a Customer Experience Associate to support customer transactions, order entry, and delivery coordination while learning our processes and product knowledge. The role emphasizes accuracy, responsiveness, and teamwork within a structured environment.

You will handle quotations, respond to inquiries, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and proactive communication with customers.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED is required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Technical field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support customer transactions including quotations, order entry, and delivery coordination.
• Respond to basic customer inquiries and provide updates on order status.
• Escalate issues to appropriate team members for resolution.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support order processing and customer requests.
• Follow established processes and SOPs to complete daily tasks.
• Maintain accurate data entry and documentation within SAP and other systems.
• Track orders and assist with customer communication.
• Seek guidance to ensure accurate resolution when needed.
• Participate in onboarding, training, and continuous learning.
• Support team initiatives and foster a positive work environment.
