Collectors is the leading creator of innovative technology that provides value-added services for collectors worldwide. We’re looking for a Customer Relations Specialist I to join our PSA Customer Relations team in Jersey City, NJ, onsite.

You’ll handle customer inquiries, collaborate with Operations, and ensure accurate information per department protocols. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, at least 6 months in customer relations, strong problem solving, excellent communication and

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• At least 6 months of relevant customer relations experience.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and listening abilities.
• Empathetic and patient approach.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work with others.
• Knowledge of Google Workspace and a willingness to learn Salesforce.
• Ability to stay calm and handle multiple tasks.

Responsabilidades

• Exercise discretion and sound judgment in customer interactions.
• Collaborate with Operations to resolve customer inquiries.
• Provide accurate information following department protocols.
• Clarify issues and determine best solutions for customers.
• Maintain accounts by processing adjustments.
• Update spreadsheets with incoming orders.
• Escalate unresolved issues to leads or supervisors.
