Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• At least 6 months of relevant customer relations experience.
• Strong problem-solving skills and excellent communication abilities.
• Empathetic listening and strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to provide accurate, timely resolutions following department protocols.
• Collaborate with Operations and other departments to find appropriate solutions.
• Maintain customer accounts by processing adjustments and updates.
• Escalate unresolved issues to the lead/supervisor as needed.
