Performance Contracting Group in San Diego, CA is seeking an entry-level Contract Administrator for its PCI San Diego 571 operations based in San Diego, CA. Responsibilities include assisting in accounts payable, contract management, onboarding, and billing support.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist in accounts payable processes and vendor invoices.
• Respond to incoming calls with professional customer service.
• Assist in contract management, subcontract review, and bid documents.
• Support onboarding of new employees and orientation.
• Process travel and expense requests.
• Assist in customer billing and collection of past due accounts.
• Provide support to Branch Manager, Project Managers, and Estimators.
