Performance Contracting Group seeks an entry-level Contract Administrator for its Spokane, WA operations. Based in Spokane, this role supports payroll, accounts payable, onboarding, and compliance, coordinating with multiple unions.

Ideal candidates have at least 3 years of office administration experience, are bilingual in English and Spanish, and able to work in a fast-paced team environment. This position offers growth within a national employee-owned contractor and a comprehensive benefits

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of office administration experience.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsabilités

• Process weekly payroll for all craft employees across multiple unions, ensuring compliance with applicable union requirements.
• Process accounts payable across multiple tax jurisdictions, ensuring accurate invoice coding and compliance.
• Respond to incoming calls and visitors with excellent customer service.
• Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees across multiple union trades.
• Support Branch Administrator in maintaining compliance with internal policies and external requirements.
• Assist with inventory and ordering of office supplies for the branch and jobsites.
