Rosendin Electric, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Project Manager for our El Paso, TX operations. This entry-level role focuses on learning the Essentials of project management while supporting documentation, meetings, and field coordination on active construction sites.

Ideal candidate holds a Construction Management degree or related field, with at least 1 year in a construction role, and is proficient in Microsoft Office. Up to 25% travel and dynamic teamwork are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of construction-related experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Oracle preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage project documentation and logs (submittals, RFIs, meeting minutes).
• Oversee project activities as assigned by Project Manager.
• Support preparation of logs and documentation for meetings.
