Job summary

Rosendin Electric, Inc is hiring an Assistant Project Manager to support the Project Management team on active construction sites. This entry-level role develops competency in essential duties while handling administrative tasks and documentation.

Responsibilities include managing submittals, RFIs, meeting minutes, logs, and coordination with field personnel. Travel up to 25% is required; bachelor’s degree in construction management plus 1 year of related experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field.
• 1 year of construction-related experience required.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficient in MS Office; Oracle experience preferred.
• Able to interact professionally with clients, vendors, and team.
• Knowledge of construction documentation and submittals processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage project documentation including submittals, RFIs, and meeting minutes.
• Support Project Manager with planning, coordination, and issue resolution.
• Maintain change orders, logs, and drawing/version control.
• Prepare logs and documentation for construction meetings.
• Assist in subcontractor contracts and owner manuals.
• Support payroll data and ensure accurate project records.
