Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the US for any employer without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Will complete a degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field before start date, or have equivalent work or military experience.
• Entry-level role with growth opportunities at Lithko.

Responsibilities

• Actively utilize resources, including managers and mentors, to understand project scope and schedule and the plans for safety and quality.
• Impact the project by developing plans to execute work objectives, track progress, and replan based on feedback and performance.
• Manage the daily safety, quality, and execution of your work objectives.
• Learn through hands-on performance with our teams through the daily preparation plan and the project execution process.
• Your duties may evolve to include estimating, field engineering, inspecting, loadout, placing/finishing, and more.
