Responsibilities

• Understand project scope, schedule, safety and quality plans.
• Develop plans to execute work objectives, track progress, and replan based on feedback and performance.
• Manage daily safety, quality, and execution of work objectives.
• Learn through hands-on performance with project teams and the execution process.
• Duties may evolve to estimating, field engineering, forming walls/columns, inspections, loadout, and production tracking.
