You will contribute to safety, quality, and planning while developing hands-on experience in concrete construction, with a clear path toward advancement within a year.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the US for any employer without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field before start date, or equivalent work/military experience.

Responsibilities

• Understand project scope and schedule, and plans for safety and quality using managers and mentors.
• Develop plans to execute work objectives, track progress, and replan based on feedback and performance.
• Manage daily safety, quality, and execution of work objectives on the project site.
• Learn through hands-on performance with Lithko's project execution process.
