Job summary

Lithko Contracting is seeking an entry-level Project Engineer to learn concrete construction on the job site with a dedicated manager and mentors. The integration program accelerates growth and most PEs are promoted within a year of starting.

This role supports site teams across our nationwide footprint. As a Project Engineer you will help define project scope, safety, and quality objectives while gaining hands-on experience and exposure to multiple construction disciplines through Lithko's

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Degree in Construction Management, Concrete Industry Management, Civil Engineering, or related field or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Utilize mentors to understand project scope, schedule, and safety/quality plans.
• Develop plans to execute objectives, track progress, and replan based on feedback.
• Manage daily safety, quality, and execution of work objectives.
• Learn through hands-on performance with teams via daily preparation and project execution.
• Duties may evolve as skills and interests develop.
• May include estimating, field engineering, forming walls/columns, inspections, loadout, place/finish, slab prep, and more.
