Epic is seeking a Compensation Manager to oversee employee compensation and stock programs. This role is based in Madison, WI and requires relocation, which will be reimbursed.

• Manage and optimize international compensation programs, including processing, support, and analysis of country‑specific considerations.
• Assume domestic compensation and stock projects as needed.
• Work with stakeholders and executives to identify and implement creative solutions to company needs.
