Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Attend and complete designated claims training program.
• Process and respond to mail, emails and documents for claims.
• Communicate with injured workers, insureds, employers, providers, attorneys and carriers.
• Investigate claims by gathering medical records, reports and statements.
• Determine coverage and benefits per guidelines and program requirements.
• Document claim activity and prepare detailed reports.
• Administer indemnity and medical benefits and manage calendars.
