Qualifications

• Adjusting workers’ compensation claims under close supervision, including processing mail, emails and related documents.
• Investigating claims by gathering medical records, employer reports, and statements; determining coverage and benefits; documenting findings and recommending actions.
• Participating in meetings, claim reviews and trainings as needed.
