Qualifications

• Clerical and/or paraprofessional experience required or substituted via college coursework.
• Knowledge of confidentiality and sensitive information handling.
• Familiarity with basic case processing and customer service principles.

Responsibilities

• Learn to perform beginning level Child Support case work under supervision.
• Process cases through locations, case development, and initial notices to non-custodial parents.
• Respond to routine customer inquiries and maintain confidentiality of information.
• Research statutes, court opinions, rules and agency procedures to support the BCSE Attorney.
