NIS EXPRESS in Southern Oregon offers a mentor program to get you road-ready. Trainees ride with an experienced mentor for 4–6 weeks, earning $675 per week during training and $1,000 per week guaranteed for the first 3 months solo after sign-off.

Runs are west of the Mississippi with about 2,000 miles per week, home every two weeks, and no unloading. Averages include $1,500 weekly gross and a starting rate of $0.50 per mile.

Qualifications

• CDL Class A required; must be 21+ years old.
• 120+ hours at an accredited CDL school.
• Clean driving record: max 2 moving violations in 2 years.
• Pass hair and urine drug testing.

Responsabilités

• Ride with a mentor for 4–6 weeks on the road.

Southern Oregon has plenty of drivers with a fresh CDL and nowhere to use it. This western fleet changes that. A paid mentor gets you road ready, and after that you run freight west of the Mississippi at $0.50 per mile with no unloading.

Mentor Program

• 4 to 6 weeks on the road with an experienced mentor

The Runs

• All states west of the Mississippi
• No unloading
• Home every two weeks
• About 2,000 miles a week
