NIS EXPRESS in Clearwater, FL seeks drivers for its mentor program and East Coast freight. New CDL graduates start with paid mentor training, earn a guaranteed weekly minimum during the transition, and then drive with a guaranteed weekly pay as you solo.

Dry van loads, about 2,500 miles a week, home every two weeks, drop and hook with pay of $1,200–$1,400 weekly, mileage pay starting at $0.55 per mile increasing to $0.65, plus $15 stop pay and bonuses.

Qualificações

• New drivers: 120+ hours from an accredited CDL school
• Experienced drivers: 6 months OTR in the last 12 months, or 12+ months in the past 5 years
• Pass hair and urine drug testing

Your CDL is fresh and your wallet is light. Paid mentor training gets money coming in right away, and after that you run East Coast freight with a guaranteed weekly minimum while you settle in.

Mentor Program

• 4 to 6 weeks with an experienced mentor, on the road
• $650 a week during training
• Your own truck once your mentor signs off
• $1,000 a week guaranteed for your first 3 months solo

Day to Day

• Dry van loads along the eastern seaboard, nothing too far west
• Around 2,500 miles a week
• Home every two weeks
• Drop and hook on most loads

Paycheck

• $1,200 to $1,400 average weekly gross
• $0.55 per mile starting rate, up 1 cent every year to $0.65
• $15 stop pay plus performance bonus

Requirements

• Class A CDL, 21 or older
• New drivers: 120+ hours from an accredited CDL school

• No more than 2 moving violations in 2 years, no major preventable accidents in 5 years
• Pass hair and urine drug testing
