Job summary

American Driver LLC is hiring drivers for regional routes along the eastern seaboard with dry van and live loads. Trainees begin with 4–6 weeks of training with a mentor, earning $850 per week and $300 orientation pay. After training, solo drivers can expect about $1,200 to $1,500 per week and around 2,500 miles weekly.

Qualifications

Job description

Your first year sets up your whole career. Spend it with a fleet that pays $850 a week in training, guarantees $1,000 a week your first 3 months solo, and brings you home every two weeks.

First Weeks

• 4 to 6 weeks of training with a mentor
• $850 per week
• Orientation is 2 days or less with $300 orientation pay

Running Solo

• $0.55 per mile to start, plus a cent each year to $0.65
• Average weekly pay $1,200 to $1,500
• Around 2,500 miles a week
• $15 stop pay and performance bonus

Lanes

• Up and down the eastern seaboard
• Loads don't go too far west
• Dry van, drop and hook plus live loads

Requirements

• 21 or older, valid Class A CDL, 120+ hours CDL school
• No experience needed. Experienced: 6 months OTR in 12 months, or 12 months in 5 years
• Military considered with DD214
• No more than 2 moving violations in 2 years, nothing serious in 12 months
• No major preventable accidents in 5 years, no DUI/DWI in 5 to 10 years
• Hair and urine drug test, 3 years verifiable employment
