NIS EXPRESS in Lake City, FL is hiring truck drivers for its East Coast dry-van fleet. The program trains you from zero and brings you home every two weeks. Expect structured training with a mentor, then a guaranteed weekly pay and per-mile earnings as you progress.

Qualifications

• 21+, valid Class A CDL
• 120+ hours CDL school
• Experience: 6 months in last 12 months or 12 months in last 5 years
• Military considered with DD214
• No major preventable accidents in 5 years, no DUI/DWI in 5–10 years
• Hair and urine drug test, 3 years verifiable work history

Responsibilities

• Operate Eastern seaboard dry van routes
• Cover about 2,500 miles per week
• Drop-and-hook and live loads where required

Job description

Lake City sits where Interstate 10 meets Interstate 75, and a lot of freight runs right past you. This East Coast dry van fleet will train you from zero and bring you home every two weeks.

Training

• 4 to 6 weeks with a mentor
• $650 a week
• $300 orientation pay, lodging covered

Solo Pay

• $1,000 a week guaranteed for 3 months
• $0.55 per mile to start, up a cent per year to $0.65
• Average weekly pay $1,200 to $1,400
• $15 stop pay

The Work

• Eastern seaboard dry van
• About 2,500 miles a week
• Drop and hook plus live loads

Home Time

• Every two weeks

What You Need

• 21+, valid Class A CDL, 120+ hours CDL school
• Experienced drivers: 6 months in the last 12 or 12 months in the last 5 years

• No major preventable accidents in 5 years, no DUI/DWI in 5 to 10 years
• Hair and urine drug test, 3 years verifiable work history
