Red Hawk Trucking is hiring for a CDL-A Entry Level Driver with mentor training and no touch freight. Earn about $1,300 to $1,400 per week, paid every Friday, after completing a structured onboarding and training program.

Travel for training is reimbursed up to $800; orientation pay is $200. Training includes onboarding, mentor days paid at $75, then solo operations in an OTR fleet with Sundays off.

Formación

• 21+ years old with a valid CDL-A
• Completed 120 hours or more at a verifiable CDL school in the past 12 months
• No driving job for another carrier since school
• 4+ moving violations in 3 years, no DUI/DWI in 5 years
• Pass a urine drug test and DOT physical

Responsabilidades

• Train with a mentor and complete required driving hours during mentor period
• Move to solo driving after onboarding and training steps
• Operate with no touch freight and respect scheduling and safety policies

CDL-A Entry Level Driver - Mentor Training - No Touch Freight (Full Time)
Job Type: Driving

Most new CDL holders want three things: real training, steady miles and a fair paycheck. Here you get all three. Train with a mentor, then run solo at the same rate as our veterans, about $1,300 to $1,400 a week, paid every Friday.

How You Get Started

• Travel to training is reimbursed up to $800
• $200 orientation pay once you are hired

Training Steps

• Onboarding (7 days): company introduction, skills evaluation and added practice if you need it. Hotel paid, $100 for meals
• Mentor training (10 days or more): at least 5 hours of driving each day with an experienced mentor, paid $75 a day
• Final test: backing, pre-trip and road test
• Solo: your own truck, assigned to your OTR fleet
• Female students always train with female mentors

Money

• $0.50 per mile at 2,000 safe miles a week
• Weekly top performer incentive of 8 to 10 cents per mile
• Detention, layover, breakdown and multi stop pay

Life on the Road

• No touch dry van, about 70% drop and hook
• Freight from our own customers, planned ahead
• Out 1 to 2 weeks, Monday through Saturday
• Every Sunday off for a 34 hour reset

Equipment

• Automatic sleepers, average age about 1.5 years
• Outward facing camera only
• Medical, dental, vision and Rx after 60 days
