Job summary

VOALA is hiring an Entry-level Case Manager to serve clients in interim and permanent housing. You will perform assessments, coordinate care, coach social support, and navigate health and social services with a focus on ending homelessness.

Requirements include at least 6 months in social services or an Associate’s degree, plus Case Management training within 6 months. A California driver’s license is preferred; all work is on-site in Los Angeles/Pomona area.

Qualifications

• Case management training within 6 months of hire.
• Six months of social services case-related experience or an Associate’s degree in a related field.
• Current California driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Assessment and teamwork to plan actions addressing client needs.
• Coaching and social support for participants.
• Care coordination, case management, and housing navigation.
• Advocacy for participants with agencies and community settings.
• Capacity building and outreach to engage participants in programs.
• On-site service delivery and participation in required duties.
