Job summary

enGen is seeking an IS/IT Analyst to support analytical aspects of the application product life cycle within a sub-product scope. You will translate high level business needs into detailed requirements, analyze data for problems and opportunities, and assist in creating test cases and root-cause analysis to ensure quality delivery.

Work with customers, Software Engineers, Architects, and Capability Managers on Agile teams to capture capability needs, review deliverables, and communicate

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Information Systems, or closely related discipline
• 0-3 years IS/IT experience
• Familiarity with Lean/Six Sigma and Health Insurance/Healthcare industry preferred
• ITIL, TOGAF, Six Sigma PMP preferred

Responsibilities

• Assist in capturing capability needs and driving quality business solutions
• Create and maintain deliverables such as business vision, requirements, and UI design
• Participate in Agile scrum processes in various roles
• Support requirements testing and defect management to minimize production defects
• Ensure compliance with required standards and approvals throughout the project lifecycle
