Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required in a related field.
• 3–5 years in IS/IT.
• Lean/Six Sigma experience (1–3 years) preferred.
• Healthcare/Health Insurance industry experience preferred.
• ITIL/TOGAF/Six Sigma/PMI-PMP certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work with customers, engineers, and managers to capture capability needs and drive quality solutions.
• Participate in Agile scrum teams in roles such as Scrum Master, Analyst, UI designer, Capability Manager, or Tester.
• Support requirements testing with plans, scenarios, and defect management.
• Ensure compliance with required standards and approvals throughout the project lifecycle.
• Communicate clearly with stakeholders and conduct requirement walkthroughs and sprint reviews.
