Job summary

enGen seeks an experienced IT Architect/Business Analyst to translate business needs into technical solutions. You will review high-level visions, elicit and document requirements, and ensure traceability to higher-level goals.

Collaborate with Product, Architecture, Quality, and Vendor teams to align specifications with business needs. Responsibilities include guiding changes, communicating with stakeholders at all levels, and supporting re-estimation activities across projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or closely related field.
• Master’s Degree preferred for advanced roles.
• 3 years of IT discipline experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic consultation to business customers and define processes.
• Design large or complex systems and ensure alignment with business requirements.
• Clarify and communicate functional and non‑functional requirements.
• Coordinate with Product, Architecture, Quality, Delivery, Security and Vendor teams.
• Lead improvements and traceability from high to low level requirements.
