Job summary

enGen is seeking a seasoned Business Analyst/Architect to translate business needs into actionable technical solutions. You will review high-level visions, elicit and document requirements, and ensure completeness, consistency, and verifiability across the project lifecycle.

You will coordinate with Product, Architecture, Quality, Delivery, Security, and Vendor teams to align functional specs with business needs.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in an IT discipline
• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or closely related field
• Preferred Master Degree

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic consultation to business customers in defining processes and enabling technologies.
• Specify and design large or complex systems and translate requirements into detailed designs.
• Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Interacts with multiple departments including Product, Architecture, Quality, Delivery, Security and Vendors.
