Qualifications

• This role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a business/IS field or equivalent experience.
• Experience with AI tools for data analysis and documentation is a plus.
• Strong analytical, communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Work with customers and technical teams to capture capability needs and deliverables.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address development and delivery challenges.
• Support requirements testing, create test plans and defect analyses.
• Ensure compliance with standards and approvals throughout the project lifecycle.
• Communicate project status, conduct walkthroughs and sprint reviews, and document outcomes.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
