Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• 3–5 years in IS/IT.
• Lean/Six Sigma experience preferred.
• Health insurance or healthcare industry experience preferred.
• U.S. Citizenship required.
• HIPAA knowledge or compliance experience beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Capture capability needs and drive quality business solutions with customers and teammates.
• Create and maintain deliverables such as business vision, requirements, UI design, and personalization for clients.
• Participate in the full SDLC on Agile scrum teams (roles include Scrum Master, Business Technical Analyst, UI designer, Capability Manager, or Tester).
• Support requirements testing, including test plans, scenarios, documentation, and defect management to minimize production defects.
• Ensure compliance with required standards and secure necessary approvals throughout the project lifecycle.
• Communicate effectively with team members, customers, partners and management, conduct requirement walkthroughs and sprint reviews, report project status, and provide accurate documentation.
