Job summary

enGen in the United States is seeking a business systems analyst who translates business needs into actionable technical solutions within a hybrid work model (T, W, TH) for employees near the corporate office.

The role bridges business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring complete, consistent, and verifiable requirements, and supporting re-estimation across projects with Product, Architecture, Quality, Delivery, Security and Vendor teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field is required.
• 3 years of experience in an IT discipline is required.
• Master’s degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Specifies and designs large or complex systems and processes.
• Communicates with all levels of the organization.
• Leads improvement programs and ensures traceability to requirements.
• Interacts with multiple departments including architecture, security and vendors.
• Provides leadership in area of expertise and architecture.
