enGen is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to support multiple technical aspects of the application product life cycle within a sub-product scope. Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience in information systems or technology.
• Experience in information systems or technology.
• Preferred ITIL/TOGAF/Six Sigma/PMP certifications are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Capture capability needs with customers and drive quality business solutions, producing deliverables such as business vision, requirements, and UI design.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address technology development/delivery challenges across project phases.
• Support requirements testing, including test plans, scenarios, and defect management, linking results to customer impact.
• Ensure compliance with required standards and approvals throughout the project lifecycle.
• Communicate project status to team members, customers, partners, and management, and conduct walkthroughs and sprint reviews.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
