Job summary

enGen is seeking a business systems analyst to support analytical aspects of the application product life cycle within a sub-product scope. You will translate high-level business needs into detailed requirements, gather specifications, analyze data for process improvements, and contribute to test cases and delivery quality.

You will collaborate with customers, software engineers, and project teams on Agile Scrum activities, ensure compliance, and communicate project status while mentoring junior

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Information Systems, or closely related field.
• 3–5 years in IS/IT.
• Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) and TOGAF, Six Sigma, PMP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work with customers, software engineers, architects, and team members to capture capability needs and drive quality business solutions.
• Participate in the full software development life cycle on Agile scrum teams in roles such as Scrum Master, Business Technical Analyst, UI designer, Capability Manager, or Tester.
• Support requirements testing, document test plans, scenarios, defects, and ensure linkage to customer impact.
• Ensure compliance with required standards and obtain necessary approvals throughout the project lifecycle.
• Communicate status to stakeholders, conduct walkthroughs and sprint reviews, and document outcomes.
