Shamrock Trading Corporation, in partnership with RTS, is seeking a Business Development Representative to onboard, support and manage new and existing RTS accounts. Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, and/or 2+ years of customer service or account management experience.
• Excellent computer skills (Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite).
• Highly organized with the ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Critical thinking and negotiation skills.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Work closely with sales teams to set up new business and ensure successful onboarding.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships through clear communication.
• Analyze existing client accounts to identify, upsell and cross-sell sales growth opportunities.
• Ensure the timely and successful delivery of requests and solutions according to client objectives.
• Communicate the status of all client relationships clearly and timely.
• Participate in strategic planning, including corporate positioning, competitive analysis, customer segment selection and penetration plans.
• Assist in product marketing, including product launch management, new business development, presentations, sales tools and competitive analysis.
• Continually refine all processes as necessary to stay in front of customers in relevant industries.
• Track metrics for all programs and activities.
