Job summary

Shamrock Trading Corporation is seeking a Business Development Representative in Houston, TX to support onboarding of new and current accounts for RTS Carrier Services. The role emphasizes building relationships and driving growth through clear communication and strategic outreach.

The ideal candidate is self-motivated with an outgoing personality, with at least a bachelor’s degree or 2+ years in customer service.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree preferred or 2+ years of customer service or account management experience.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships.
Proficiency with Salesforce and MS Office Suite.
Highly organized with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Strong negotiation skills and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

Work with sales teams to set up new business and onboarding.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through clear communication.
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
Ensure timely and successful delivery of requests according to client objectives.
Communicate client status clearly and in a timely manner.
Assist in strategic planning and market analysis to support growth.
